What is Bread Pakora?

Bread pakoras are an Indian snack food. They are made by making sandwiches of white bread and spreading it with an ample amount of gently mashed potatoes that have been flavored with green chilies, curry leaves, masala spices and peas. The sandwiches are then sliced into large bite-sized pieces, dipped in chickpea flour batter and deep-fried until the outside is crispy and golden and the inside is soft, savory and salty.
