Does Zaad include single-use utensils with catering orders?

You must request single use items such as napkins, plates and forks from Zaad at checkout.

Can Zaad help me setup, serve and clean-up my catering order for an additional fee?

Some restaurants on Perkchops offer the option to include help with setting up, serving and cleaning up your catering order. If Zaad offers this service it will be indicated on the top of this page and can be selected at checkout for an additional fee.

Are there any cancellation fees for Zaad catering orders?

There is no cancellation fee for Zaad catering orders if your order is below $500 and you cancel the order before the Lead Time begins. If your order is above $500 and you cancel the order within 72 hours of the delivery or pickup time, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied to the order subtotal. If you cancel the order during the Lead Time, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged in order to compensate the restaurant for expenses they may incur preparing your order.

Does Zaad catering orders require a lead time?

Yes, the typical minimum Lead Times are listed below. Please note some restaurant may have different lead times as indicated on top of this page. Orders less than $250 - 2 Hrs or more. Orders between $250 - $500 - 4 Hrs or more. Orders between $500 - $1000 - 12 Hrs or more. Orders more than $1000 - 24 Hrs or more.
