Some restaurants on Perkchops offer the option to include help with setting up, serving and cleaning up your catering order. If HA Rest offers this service it will be indicated on the top of this page and can be selected at checkout for an additional fee.

Are there any cancellation fees for HA Rest catering orders?

Accepted Answer

There is no cancellation fee for HA Rest catering orders if your order is below $500 and you cancel the order before the Lead Time begins. If your order is above $500 and you cancel the order within 72 hours of the delivery or pickup time, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied to the order subtotal. If you cancel the order during the Lead Time, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged in order to compensate the restaurant for expenses they may incur preparing your order.

Yes, the typical minimum Lead Times are listed below. Please note some restaurant may have different lead times as indicated on top of this page.

Orders less than $250 - 2 Hrs or more.

Orders between $250 - $500 - 5 Hrs or more.

Orders between $500 - $1000 - 8 Hrs or more.

Orders more than $1000 - 12 Hrs or more.
