Are there any cancellation fees for First Testing Rest catering orders?

Accepted Answer

There is no cancellation fee for First Testing Rest catering orders if your order is below $500 and you cancel the order before the Lead Time begins. If your order is above $500 and you cancel the order within 72 hours of the delivery or pickup time, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied to the order subtotal. If you cancel the order during the Lead Time, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged in order to compensate the restaurant for expenses they may incur preparing your order.

Orders less than $250 - 1 Hr or more.

Orders between $250 - $500 - 4 Hrs or more.

Orders between $500 - $1000 - 12 Hrs or more.

Orders more than $1000 - 24 Hrs or more.
