Some restaurants on Perkchops offer the option to include help with setting up, serving and cleaning up your catering order. If Exotic Test offers this service it will be indicated on the top of this page and can be selected at checkout for an additional fee.

Are there any cancellation fees for Exotic Test catering orders?

Accepted Answer

There is no cancellation fee for Exotic Test catering orders if your order is below $500 and you cancel the order before the Lead Time begins. If your order is above $500 and you cancel the order within 72 hours of the delivery or pickup time, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied to the order subtotal. If you cancel the order during the Lead Time, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged in order to compensate the restaurant for expenses they may incur preparing your order.

Orders less than $250 - 1 Hr or more.

Orders between $250 - $500 - 4 Hrs or more.

Orders between $500 - $1000 - 6 Hrs or more.

Orders more than $1000 - 8 Hrs or more.
