Are there any cancellation fees for 1 cup cafe catering orders?

There is no cancellation fee for 1 cup cafe catering orders if your order is below $500 and you cancel the order before the Lead Time begins. If your order is above $500 and you cancel the order within 72 hours of the delivery or pickup time, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied to the order subtotal. If you cancel the order during the Lead Time, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged in order to compensate the restaurant for expenses they may incur preparing your order.
